In this engaging and interactive training session, stylists will learn ways to double their day by communicating with confidence, recommending products and services to meet guests needs, and by using the dream journal to track their progress. Stylists will learn to conduct a needs assessment with every guest to more accurately understand what the guest wants,enablingthem to prescribe products andservicesto meet the guests needs.

Things to bring:

Attendees must bring their PPG and ticket average reports from the past 30 days.
