Money Mastery: Learn how to conduct a “Needs Assessment” with every guest. This assessment will help the stylist more accurately understand what the guest wants, enabling them to prescribe products and services to meet their needs.
30 Days to a Bigger Book: In this engaging and interactive training session, stylists will learn ways to double their day by communicating with confidence, recommending products and services to meet guests needs, and by using the Dream Journal to track their progress. Stylists will learn to conduct a needs assessment with every guest to more accurately understand what the guest wants, enabling them to prescribe products and services to meet the guests’ needs.
Things to bring:
Attendees must bring their PPG and ticket average reports from the past 30 days.
Advance registration is required! If you don’t register, we could assume no one is attending and cancel the class!
